Johnny LOVES yoga and all the benefits it provides on and off the mat when regularly practiced. He sees yoga and mindfulness practice as a huge opportunity for both children and adults to live a better life, physically and mentally. Johnny believes yoga is intended for every type of body and seeks to be a positive conduit for others to step out, explore their own possibilities, and find their true power from within.

Jessica Small -RYT 200
Jessica believes that yoga is for everyone, for every body, and that by focusing on the physical and following that with breath, anyone can build mobility, flexibility, strength, balance, and focus. Her teaching style is heart-driven and provides students with a balanced and rooted experience that is calming and inclusive, yet challenging for every skill level. Using simple explanations and providing pose modifications, her classes are accessible to a wide variety of ability levels and body types.

Erin Alloway -RYT 200
Erin has a passion for many different forms of exercise, but especially yoga. She loves yoga for the physical aspect, but more importantly the mental clarity she experiences when she practices. Erin values encouraging others in various forms of self care! Erin also loves to have fun and tries not to take anything to seriously, so expect good vibes and big smiles when you attend her classes!!

Nancy Pieper -RYT 200
Coming to yoga from many years of working in healthcare, Nancy is drawn to the incredible benefits of yoga for whole body wellness and stress reduction. Her Subtle Yoga inspired teacher training emphasizes life balance, cultivation of body awareness, and self-care. Nancy often likes to refer to her yoga practices as “innercise” versus “exercise” for the benefits of strengthening the bodies ability to return to calm, even while dealing with life stresses. All experience levels and body types are welcome!

Lynn Cruse -E-RYT 200, RYT 500, YACEP
Lynn’s approach to teaching is one of authenticity, joy and warmth, mixed with a little humor. :) No two classes are the same with Lynn. She enjoys encouraging people, especially new students who think they CAN’T do yoga, that they CAN! Her classes are relaxed yet challenging in a non-competitive, non-judgemental way.
